Is there an official or proven Bitcoin web-wallet?

If you want to create a Bitcoin web wallet, I suggest you create in blockchain.com. I also have Bitcoin wallet there, it is proven as a safe place with low transaction fees. Anyway, to be honest, I don't promote the Blockchain exchanger, I just give you the best solution based on my own view.

I would not vouch for any wallet and claim them as proven safe. No wallet is 100% safe,

You may explore and review some of these web wallets though and use the one you like most.

Blockchain.info is the most used I think.

Hi.Does anyone have the experience of using the Electrum wallet? Need your advice. Recently installed version 3.3.5 but today has already released a new version of Wallet 3.3.6 and it is very interesting for me to update the wallet to the new version or use the old version? Also interesting is how to update correctly? Or update the wallet or download a new version better because they say that the wallet can download updates from the site's fake site and thus you can lose money

I have not used any version of electrum wallet. one advise I have read about wallet updates is that it is better to wait one week or two before updating. That gives you ample time to read reviews/feedback.
