As we saw yesterday, the market took a deep dive. over 30 billion was withdrawn from the market. bitcoin failed from 8,200k to below 7,300k. it may not look good to new investors or people that bought the market at that particular time. but most times the market needs to correction movement. it is not always up and up.

It is difficult to say what happened and because of what the whole cryptocurrency market fell again, but many experts think that this happened because of the bitstamp and bitmex exchanges, I hope everything will get better soon and there will be a growth again.

Maybe it's true. Because two days ago, Bitcoin and altcoins seemed to have experienced a significant increase in just one day. After that, they actually dropped dramatically yesterday. Many people regret this because they have assumed that the road to the bullrun is near. However, in my personal opinion, the market does seem to need a correction in which to stabilize the price and volume of coins in circulation.

Yes market correction is also mandatory if market continuously rising then we can see a sharp dip that nobody wants to see. Correction is a part of market its a market criteria. Yesterday we saw a market correction. Yes now its a good time to buy again dip as market seem quite good. Hopefully we will see good movement in alts as well.

Market correction is a norm something that always happens as a market retracemt. The market will definitely go back up, there is a little improvement though

Market correction normally follow a bull trend when investors begin to sell their coins to make profit. The correction phase continues as long as investors sell at the peak till the market hit the resistance phase when there is an almost equal inflow and out flow of funds on the market.
For the recent dive, it is part of a normal upward movement because there is no straight movement in crypto even during bull market, there are periods of downward trends, however, the market recovers quickly and continues with the upward movement.

Yes the market sure needs some correction.
This parabolic move was not involving any volume and it was because of the tether and bitfinex fud.
I find it really unhealthy to go up directly. But this is bitcoin, we cannot know what happens

For a certain time, the market that is getting higher for their price and volume may need the correction. I agree with some opinion from other members above, it may be done to stabilize the trading volume especially for daily and also for a certain time. However, hopefully, the market correction will not give the big influence that can drop the price into the deep again.

those who bought the 8k themselves and the guilty. why did not you buy 3200? I believe that the 8k are bought by newbies and people who do not know what to do in the market. this pamp is artificial. it's just a pump that will necessarily go the correction. starting with 3200 we have grown by at 8k. the correction will necessarily be and those who bought on the top to screw up. Thats the thing those withdrawn funds are probably profits from a short bull run that happened during this past few week. I guess people didnt realize that, and that lucky guy isnt supporting the market stance as long the profits has been saved. If I were him, I wait a little bit so the market can increase by more than 3x fold but he already take it. Good for him, bad for the market. Anyways, just move on thats how crypto life works and people who can accept this will probably lose later on. Im pretty sure many got caught again on this scheme who are thought a continued bull run already.

I remember that there was no real correction from April to December 2017. Price was moving to 20K in these days.

I think its not about correction, its just need to be stabilized the market, so there wont be a fall down or the value of token/coins or other cryptocurrency wont be fall so much. If only people uses it in good intend.

I cannot agree more. Even if we entered a bull run, the correction is a must and the most healthy thing that can happen in the market right now. The parabolic move is not looking healthy at all. I think we are due to a correction as soon as possible. Maybe next week maybe next month but sure...

Why need correction anyway? when the price regularly fluctuates it means that the market was correcting itself so for me i dont really get what the basic points when saying market correction for me thats not make sense at all.
