Coz Many scam projects last year were true. and I see it. also, the market is quite slow. so many scam ICO projects and they fooled people (Investor and bounty hunters)by pretending good performance. IEO is a trend that is happening now. but you can find a project that is successful without ICO or IEO it is the Veil project. they are smoothly lined up.
