I know you have series of suggestion on this. Is it advisable to take alt coins trading as full time job, part-time job or quit and replace our jobs with it? Anyway, if you've already done that, how did it work out for you?
-
I think it's better 50% crypto 50% real work.
because the results of our crypto can not predict sometimes get a little bit of asset sometimes. so this way from crypto we make stock of future and real work we make to eat and others
-
Ofcourse i will not quit job, what if all cryptocurrency would shutdown.im think cryptocurrency good for partime job.
-
I wont quit my job, but every man has to pay attention to cryptos.
-
I think you have to give some attention to your work and make Cryptos your partime job.Because anything at all can happen at any point in time.
-
I think trading in altcoin can be done as a part time job rather than quitting your job
-
Nope. Because I can do both I can still do my work here in the forum or in the altcoins while doing my daily job. All you just need is time management if you can do so you can multi task and do what you have to do. The advantage of that is that you can earn more., from your daily job and here in the altcoins. But if you feel like you can earn more here in altcoins when you take altcoins full time as full time job then you have see it for yourself and see the outcome.
-
I think it's not not a good idea to quit job for you to trade altcoins, but is better to do both ,that is, trade altcoins and do your work respectively. Again altcoins venture is just a way to get additional income besides doing your job. It is better to spare out little time for the day and engage in discussing in the forum and also do your job than quitting.
-
I think it's not good if we quit our job because we can't predict what will gonna happen to cryptocurrency.
-
I agreed with you, life itself can't be predicted and so is altcoins, there is always fluctuations and at such it not a good thing to quit the job for cryptos, rather, i advice that cryptos and job should be done base on you ability or you can choose to do both just like i am doing.
-
Quitting a job to move blindly into crypto is not a good idea. The best way to earn money is to have multiple streams of income, I would much rather have crypto as a side project for the moment at least. That may well change over the coming years, but I would advise against anyone putting all their eggs in one basket, especially with the unpredictability of the markets.
-
I totally agree. I think its never a good idea to put all one's eggs into one basket. Instead it's good to keep all doors open and create a good balance between the different aspects. As we all know crypto can be subject to wild fluctuations and I dont think its the most stable market. Having another part time job at the same time (at an advanced stage) is probably the ideal situation. I know people who can do their "normal" jobs from home with flexible hours and who do crypto at the same time. That's brilliant!
-
quitting your job at an initial stage of joining crypto will cripple you in the sense that you may join crypto at the expense of your job and the next day everything goes down. my advice is before quitting your job make sure you already earn 50% of your initial investment on crypto and make sure you have enough money to cater for your needs for about 6 months to 1 year because most project take longer period or end up been scam or target goal not meet!! hence causing abandonment of project by the team. so instead of quitting your job earn enough first, grow your portfolio and wait for the best time to hit the exchange.
-
I work from home so I just currently do both and I find the 50/50 with this manageable and profitable... love my work freedom, but also really focused on having big success long term.
-
I Wouldn't. A real job is payed in real money.
Real money is very important to do trading. If you haven't liquidity in your trading account you can't trade.

That's the way to go exactly! So if you get any chance of changing to a position where you can work from home part time, I would probably do that to be honest.
-
I did not quit my job, because I can easily combine the two activities. My main job is connected with constant being at the computer, so for me it's easy to combine.
-
Everybody knows that we can earned big in trading altcoins if manage properly for me it is better to keep job and do both because there are times that alcoin price dump very badly.
-
For me if you have alot of altcoins and the price is enough why go to work, to quit your job seems practical than to stay.
-
for now I still have work offline to meet my family's daily needs, while trading I still try in my spare time, so every morning until noon I work offline then at night I am trading and learning cryptocurrency
-
I am currently trading altcoin on my spare time precisely like 2hours of the day while fully doing my offline job. Sometimes in my online job, i have some spare time to chart and engage on trading then switch back to my job, and sometime i have more hours depending on our office schedule for the day.

I think once you know the industry and what you are doing, a few hours a day is enough anyways. No point sitting in front of your computer all day looking for new investments, I think that's a waste of time. Once you got experience you know exactly where to find good new projects and it wont take all your day.
-
It depends on the situation. If you work for 10-15 years and still nothing improvement in your financial life then your decision to leave your word is the most appropriate to do. I think you have more good chance to have more bright future and improvement.
-
I will not quit my job because trading or even joining bounty campaigns does not guarantee a fix amount of earnings. A lot of factors affects the prices of the coins and it is not always a win-win situation.
-
To quite job is not advisable unless you already founded strong your trading business. There are such things to think x100 to make sure you will not do now whatever regretful in the future. Maybe you should fix everything first before make your decision in action.
-
For me no, It's better to have an alternative way to earn some money except the crypto. But if my skills are like those monster in day trading why not haha.
-
For me its a NO. As a individual i only have one account of my altcoin and one bounty campaign that im work with. So its a big deal for me to have a altcoin at the same time has a job on hand. As long as you have to manage your time and use it for a usefull thing not on useless one.
-
I do not think trading is my main job because real jobs can generate a steady income every month. I do trading jobs to get rid of my boredom.

Yeah I agree, We must have a secured income so if the market goes down again suddenly we still have some way to earn money ;).
-
If you are still not making much in trading, don't quit yet.
-
in a tough life today i dont think i can quit on my regular job as of now i am not sure if crypto can give all i need well it is better that u have regular job and u earn extra in crypto best to have both in ur life
-
If I earned more than enough, why not? That will be a great privilege for me because I can have more time to be with my family. Family is the only reason why many of us spending our time in the work place.

Enough earning is the basis to decide immediate quit the job. He is right my friend if you have enough earnings then quit your job now and focus your life with the family and crypto trading.

after reading so many replies from people that have a job and also trade crypto, i was comming to the conclusion that these guys don't want to do anything else besides earning money...what's the point?? time is something that is far more valuable!! most jobs are slave jobs, even if you earn good money, if you don't have the time or the tranquility to spend it, it will be useless...
you are right!
and also, everyone is afraid that the crypto world might shutdown or bear market take over... and what about the possibility of being fired from your job??? is it something you control? your company might simply go bankrupt, for example.....
life is full of risks...the main important thing is to be as free as possible...

Statistics for trading don't look very good, most people don't make money, and only a small percent does it full time. Roughly 20% of traders make money, and the other 80% loose.

No, I prefer have permanent job to fulfill my needs. Crypto is another income.
-
I think it's not good if we quit our job because we can't predict what will gonna happen to cryptocurrency.
In my opinion, if we have a job, it is better to keep that job. No need for us to quit our job because we can do trading as a part-time. We can spend few hours a day for trading or investing or doing campaigns, but I think we cannot do it every hour. So we can do both having a full time job and do trading at the same time. It is just a matter of time management.
-
apparently not for now, because the current market situation is uncertain so it will be very risky if we choose to quit work and focus on altcoin trading.
-
Everyone has the right to determine their future. I never thought of being a full-time coin trader because I had a job. I only made the coin trading for a side job and I used to do this work at night when I was not with family.
-
If I have big capital and know strategy trading altcoins maybe I quit my job. As of now it's hard to earn crypto especially this down market better to have a job and make crypto as a part time.
-
I would not risk quitting the day job especially when I am just starting in crypto as a trader and investor. I'd rather do it once I am earning more in crypto than in my day job.

No, I think You should have a permanent job or business because crypto currency is high volatile.
-
No i think that NO ONE should take a decision like this... crypto world is one of most volatile one, so it's really crazy and totally irresponsable to quit a common job and do full time trading in my opinion

For me I don't have any plans to quit my current job because we can't really trust crypto currency investment today because most of the altcoins are dropping rapidly and aside from there are lot's of scammed project that may risk our money when we mistakenly invest to a scam projects.
-
If you don't have a major job in the real world, you can take crypto as a full-time job. Crypto is a lucrative business and some people have gotten the wealth they want after a total join in Crypto. And you can also follow their success.
