Title: Red Flags - Naga ICO

- No smart contract
- Vesting issues:
6 month vesting for 50 % of team tokens. Other 50% of team tokens has no vesting schedule.
- Missing Product

Heard mixed reviews about the project, doesn't mean it is necessarily a scam, just not as impressive as it made itself out to be. Scam in my opinion is a project which has no intention of developing a project, not one that is in development.
