Title: How to choose IEO launchpad?

Our team has finished ICO stage and now we need to choose exchange to be listed for IEO. Now almost all large and medium exchanges offer their launchpads and we are wondering what is the best exchange for IEO launch at a fair price.
What do you think where are more chances to raise hard cap? I understand that you can say Binance, but it takes huge fee for listing and we need to wait for the answer for months.
