We have an ICO project and soon we are going to launch an IEO.
Does anyone know what is the term of consideration of the application from top exchanges and the cost of launch?

well that depends, there's a bunch of stuffs that needs addressing.
how many followers do you have [social media: fb, etc including telegram.]?
what kind of token or coins are you providing [erc-20]?
what are the real life benefit of the project? it pretty much means where to you see the project in 5 years or more.
what kind of blockchain are you using?
it's quite a long list of stuffs.
right now what i would recommend is to identity the main components of your project. once you've done that, you will need to some advertising/marketing. which will get the word out. and your project is going to have more followers. Finally, contact the exchanges and find out if you meet their basic requirements.
there are some stuffs that, the community members here can help you with. we do have a bunch of marketers, people who have connection to exchanges, etc.
obviously, these are some ideas of what you need or will have to do to make the project work.

I know IEOs on Binance and Yobit, but don't know how much is cost for lauching an IEO on them.
I think $5,000-10,000 per IEO.
