First of all, no one knows for sure if Libra appears next year. Secondly, if it is released, why cannot it be listed there? Many stable coins are on the list, and we are not surprised to see them there.
-
It is possible that binance is in talk with Facebook Libra coins to be listed in the exchange because knows what is going to benefit if Libra coins is listed in his exchange do know what it means for over a million new registered investors hits binance exchange because of Libra coins that's a mega additions to binance exchange because I believe Libra coins is a stable coins but, is a good thing that binance is bidding for Libra listing in his exchange.

Very much can happen when Libra will be listing at Binance because it sees from the team and investors it is Facebook.
Binance will seek mutual trust for Libra in the exchange because Libra is indeed very strong from the full support of various Invstors.
-
Why not? Facebook is one of the largest platforms in the world. They launched the Libra coin, there must be lots of investors and organizations that buy Libra coin. For the community aspect, we already know. And this might be possible at Binance exchange. Because Libra coin was launched by the Facebook company. Not like ICO, ITO, STO or other fundraising offers

In addition, very notable coin like "Libra", if finally launch, as Facebook planned, may first hit the Binance exchange, the number one crypto exchange by volume in 2020. Libra, by the look of things will definitely go to Binance, then other top exchanges may have it too.
-
If Libra is brave enough to express its intention to register at Binance, it will be very easy for Libra to be able to list at Binance because the bet is Facebook.
But if Libra doesn't want listing in Binance then it's a choice that doesn't get rational because it's a basic mistake not to be able to find the right coin listing.

Although Libra is going to be a stable coin, I guess, its market capitalization will grow very fast, and it will be at least on the list of the first twenty cryptocurrencies. Let us wait for several months.

There is no surprise here. Binance already did a positive write up when libra was announced. CZ, being a businessman, will take advantage of the trading fees it can get from the Libra hype.

Yes, indeed. When they choose a popular exchange like Binance, it is not surprising. It will be a surprise if Facebook plans to list Libra in unpopular exchanges. Binance is the best exchange in the world so far, I can say that Libra will be sold out just in a minute if they plan for IEO there.
