you are talking about a coin not an exchange.  And I am wondering what makes this coin good. It looks like a pump and dump coin to be honest I don't and can't see anything good about it

Today XBASE price is $0.0024 (-5.87% )  and it's market capitalization is $2,400,007 last 24 hours tread volumes is $496297 this is good in this situation now it's price is too low although this is good tread volume and it listed more than 5 exchanges.
