Post by: ElonRuskovski on July 18, 2019, 09:15:45 AM
This week was crazy for BTC. First Trump than the Congress, following all the big media houses.  If someone lived in a cave for the last few years now knows what bitcoin is

We should accept the reality that the media has a big role to determine the value of Bitcoin. And if a popular person like Trump stated about Bitcoin. It should be big news and can influence the BTC price directly. I think we must be careful about the impacts of the news.

Well, It is the job of media to report all good and ugly news around the world to the people including politics and crypto currency updates. Hopefully they will always do their job with integrity and trust.

I can't imagine Trump has a number of BTC in the future, the development of crypto is very rapid and social media and information from several countries about Bitcoin is very fast circulating, there is always rejection and positive information about Bitcoin.
therefore I see a decline in BTC prices after information from Trump, but the current BTC prices are slowly starting to rise again

We are far from media frenzy that happened in late 2017. It will happen again though, I'm assuming when BTC reaches 20k again, media will go crazy and people will fomo to buy btc.

Yes, even many people at the remote areas of the world has gotten some ideas about bitcoin. I think the Trump tweet plus the Congress invitation of Facebook's Libra team has contributed to the spread of bitcoin awareness. Obviously news of this kind may bring further awareness to the crypto ecosystem.

As people access many kinds of media almost every minute, it must have a big influence. We already know that Bitcoin is very reactive to current news. That is why one of the reasons for going up or down the Bitcoin price is about the news.

The various media platform really plays a significant role in the crypto world. They report various news, both positive and negative and are responsible for the hype and growth of bitcoin and blockchain technology in general.

I think this is all due to media, and the chart also shows bullish and the market also continues to push the price of bitcoin,
so in my opinion this is a natural thing happening in the trading world, because sometimes the media also has a big effect on making prices go up with a positive bullish chart.

Trump talked about bitcoin, and unfortunately it's negative comments for community. The only positive thing is that this creates the media trend and brings the concept of "bitcoin" to more people around the world. A new wave is coming, after whales have just bought into the BTC at a price below 10k.

Sadly all is negative news. The more bitcoin appears on medias, the more it takes space in people's minds. It shows that bitcoin has become something so papular. The only thing it's struggling now is it can't attract new investors. Some good news is needed at this time to elevate the whole market.

Have to look around and don't forget or leave the news about Bitcoin.
I am sure that the media for Bitcoin is very good and very strong to be able to continue to be developed and easily the media can increase the high Hive for Bitcoin.

If media always advertise bitcoin , for sure there will be a huge effect on us, and the cryptoworld. If media shows the good side of cryptoworld, then many people will adapt and enter the world of crypto, because it is east and most convenience to do and pay online.

Whatever it was, but that time in the news so much time it takes for cryptocurrency it's already good. No matter what they say there, it's important what they say about cryptocurrency. It does not matter what Trump said, it's important that the first person in the US speaks of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency does not leave anyone indifferent. Every time there is more and more optimistic about what the future is for. And every time there are fewer skeptics

Yes, there will be fewer skeptics about bitcoin, as it  progresses, thanks to the spread of informations on various social media platforms.

Again, many of the cryptocurrency’s biggest boosters discovered Bitcoin through these social interactions. Community discussion was vital not only to getting the word out but also to managing the Bitcoin network itself.
When Satoshi was first attempting to promote and discuss the idea of Bitcoin, he used forums including the P2P Foundation, the Linux Foundation, and Bitcointalk.org to expand the Bitcoin community.
