guess fundametally they are trying to address different problem, IOTA is more for M2M micro transaction

I guess it will be bigger than bitcoin but it will take many years as the technology is naive and needs time for adaptation

Well in my own opinion, I believe in iota such that I have kept on investing in it. Though naive it its node, nevertheless, it still has a lot to offer and can surely outsmart ethereum.trust me

What is it's real partnership with Microsoft? An article I've read at microsoft dot com said they where partners in research, along with many other Crypto companies, but it did not elaborate further.

Since IOTA has multiple hot events in February March, the value will rise.
... It is not as good as ETH yet.

Being the next etherum is not the goal of iota. I see the need of reaffirming ones moons aspirations however this is not the case, Iota technology in my limited knowledge is to connect lets say a camera on the street with the cloud using a secure solution ... pls Post somebody something more than a nod fud or the moon

Miota has a lot of potential. I live their technology and how it can easily be applied in real life and hence has a potential for mass adoption in no time. It's value can rise and I wouldn't be surprised to see it rise up to become the next Eth

Although it is not the aim of any altcoin to necessarily overtake others, I am sure that if IOTA is able to live up to it's goals it will be an exceptional coin in it own way and not necessarily comparing it to ethereum. I believe every coin is unique in it own way just that it must live up to expectation. I see a great future for IOTA.

As for me I do not concern myself with how fantastic the technology of a project is. All I consider is its adoption and exchange rate. When it was listed on coinmarketcap in July 2017, it was equivalent to approximately $0.7 per unit of IOTA and now it is approximately $1 per unit. How on earth can IOTA be the next ethereum when its price is way below the price of ethereum. Again many projects are being built on the ethereum blockchain technology which is increasing ethereum's adoption. Can this be said about IOTA?

I don't see this happening. Ethereum is a great project with higher potential. Many altcoins may try to overtake ethereum but ethereum is firmly grounded to continue its dominance

IOTA coin to be the next etherium? well its possible, yet looking to its market price pattern nowadays, i say it will take a lot of time to reach and go beyond the price of etherium and also the technology of IOTA should be upgraded in order for it to stand like an etherium. But who knows sooner or later IOTA will boom like etherium.

iota and eth are 2 totally different platform and it is kind of hard to compare actually. i would say that both need to exist in very different ways.

No, IOTA is very far from other coins like LTC and may be if happens that it can beat Ethereum i think it takes decades to becomes reality.

IOTA is a good quality coin. Because of the IOTA's own blockchain it is very strong coins. So I think it can be worth more than ETHEREUM. So now it should hold us down. Because it can rise a lot later.

Everything can happen as time goes by. But for now ethereum is still better than iota. So there is still hope for an iota bust going forward and developing better to be able to become like ethereum in the future. For this reason, we must always support iota so that more people will know and invest.

IOTA has had a bad time in the past but they made it till today and I don't think there is anything to look back at. They have moved forward and are now deep into integration and partnership with different companies and they'll soon be coming to your doorsteps.

Although IOTA is a good coin but i don't think if it can surpass other strong coins to become the next ethereum because ethereum is a very strong and popular coin in which IOTA is very far to compare.

The blockchain technology is a game-changing technology as new coins are created by the day. Coins that have worked on the flaws of existing cryptocurrencies. The IOTA wants to displace Ethereum. IOTA has removed the cost of transacting and solve the mining issue. This is not enough to displace the smart contract of ETH which allows the creation of new tokens, a gold standard for smart contracts and blockchain-based apps. IOTA is a good project but I do not see it overthrowing ETH.

IOTA is a good coin to invest because this is also profitable but this coin is more for M2M micro transaction. I don't think IOTA will be the next Ethereum.Etherum will still be the best among all altcoins now.

And also its a first cryptocurrency without a blockchain. Every transaction forms a new block. the transaction is basically verified by itself. Transaction costs are virtually non-existent.

It is very difficult to defeat Etheruem because there are many competitors also for IOTA in the crypotcurrency market.
IOTA ranks 13 and there are still many below, TRON, MONERO, DASH etc.

I think IOTA has way too many problems to be anything other than a speculative coin. Ethereum still best altcoin, with best smart contract, good security system, and other technology. Now ethereum will increase system with hard fork.

IOTA, been gaining a lot of attention in the past and there are strong communities which support the coin. IOA the technology of the future for connectivity. IOTA has a chance to be the next ethereum but crypto is very volatile and it could disappear tomorrow.

Id like to see the 86 platform killed off. There just isnt anywhere else for it to go. Its obvious that a turbo is out of the question. An unmolested 86 will ultimately increase in value at some point. Would love to see a replacement. MR2? Yes please.

No, I don't believe IOTA will be the next ethereum. It is so far, to compare IOTA with ethereum mate. Ethereum is the top altcoins , It always number second on CMC. IOTA is number 28, It will take several years again, IOTA can so popular as ethereum.

We all know IOTA has strong platform and they have proved that they can apply their plan to successfully. Now they are top ranked coin but it still not possible to overcome eth. The no.2 position is set for eth.

No, I don't think IOTA will better than Ethereum. I think Ethereum is the best of smart contract platform, because It is pioneer for smart contract platform. Many tokens have been integrated to ethereum. So, I don't believe IOTA is better.

Many people are comparing many altcoins to ethereum. But I don't think will IOTA better than Ethereum. Ethereum is a king of altcoins, it has a huge potential than iota.also the number of companies and projects that use it increasing day by day. So I don't think will iota be next Ethereum.
