Some other ico now is a scam now my question is how to know if the ICO I want to join is a scam ???
and how to tell to who join to that ico that the project is scam.

Take a resesrch. Investigate! Look at their contract address. Ask some questions about the team. Most scam projects has an anonymous members.

I've heard of it that project. It was a decentralized data storage I think just like CASPER API. Some other people say it a scam for now. But do more research for that project if it true.

usually you can tell by the name or what they are attempting to do. usually ones that deal with lending are scams as well as ones that just don't match the name game (Ponzi Coin for example..lol)

I think I consider the ICO project in terms of the program and the benefits of the project and from the qualitative team of social media websites as the information of the project. take a look at social media from the ICO project and make sure they update always.

Make a deep investigation. Are they have detial roadmap, whitepaper and basement too.

Nowadays the scam projects are becoming too much that it makes it difficult to detect which ones are authentic. But an extensive background research will help limit your chances of selecting scam ICO
