Is it true that most of the altcoins will not survive the next cryptocurrency apocalypse? What about newer cryptocurrencies with actual use cases. I think having actual uses will help these cryptos to maintain their price and have a healthy demand in the market. This might also help them survive the market shift. Do you think so?

Quite right, new altcoins with unnecessary technologies and a product will simply die after some time, and altcoins with really original technologies and a very demanded product will continue to live and will bring benefits to everyone who will use these technologies and product.

There's a great future for altcoins but we can't really appreciate it for now. So in order to survive we must be patient and be courageous in facing those challenges before green markets will start to shine.

I think that's the case. Bitcoin, which lacks innovation, will continue to lag until it's worthless anymore. We have to be careful in investing to be able to benefit in the end.

Only weak altcoins that cannot survive and possibly to be dead coins. It is because of less interest from investors to buy the coins. I think we have seen many altcoins delisted on exchanges so far. This can continue but the strong altcoins can survive longer.

In my opinion, the usual process of improving cryptocurrency is happening and will happen. Any fluctuations in the market should not greatly affect working projects with useful and necessary ideas for practical application. Only unnecessary useless projects will leave the market. Now new projects appear and will appear, and their number will be smaller, but the quality, in my opinion, is improving.

Failed coins commonly come from new altcoins. But for top altcoins, I think we are no need to worry so much. Top altcoins are still in good performance even if there are some declines currently. But at least, they have improvement already if we compare with the last year.

I see that the new altcoin in every year has advantages over the previous one. they created new technology that was better and easier for users to use than before. That is what makes many new projects and coins on the market every year.

Every year, altcoins are evolving in a new level where they can be better than the other existing ones with almost the same concept. Competitors are always around the corner looking at the features and come up with something better that would lure away the customers and investors in buying their tokens.
On the brighter side, it would also give room to those existing projects to level up or upgrade their concept to keep their customers or investors believing in their project. For me, I think this is truly healthy competition in the crypto space.

In my opinion, it is not quantity that matters, but the quality of the cryptocurrency. We know that now there are a lot of useless coins and tokens. Let them leave the market and it does not matter how much they leave. It is important that the prospects remain and this process will continue.

Actually coins /tokens existence depends on actual trading volumes, project development, quality of service, concepts motivation for consumers /investors, and others some technologies issues. But some unfamiliar coins have not much facilities above. So all coins never exist in long run.

You can't expect all new projects to have something as detailed as that. Yes its hard to know if a coin is legit unless you've seen all element that you mentioned above. I agree that some coins and tokens will not be here in the long run as their purpose is only to be traded until it dies. I noticed a lot of coins like this in the past and many have just repeating all the same mistakes all over again.

In my opinion I think any altcoins that cannot stand for the next cryptocurrency infrastructure innovation which is the new technology that is going to be implemented in the next crypto phase may likely die off as said, because cryptocurrency is all about innovation.

The old altcoins that are already dying (lose their price or their product is not claimed) will be replaced by new altcoins which will have a good and working product and people will need this product. Accordingly, the price of these altcoins will grow and they will be popular.

only the shitcoins will never survive if the bearish market happens again. I believe only the trusted altcoins will survive for long like in the top coinmarketcap, even dogecoin has no project behind, but it can survive for long because many people support doge. As long people support their favorite cryptocurrencies it can survive for long.

That's true and in fact we can see that it all happening today, Even we don't know yet how or what is the exact definition of the so called crypto apocalypse. Most of the projects that was not useful or no product or services that was offered was slowly fading away. that's the harsh truth about crypto so we better ready.

Currently there are many new altcoins, there are hundreds or even thousands of altcoins. And not all of them are listed on Coinmarketcap. Altcoin which is registered in Coinmarketcap only and is ranked below there is a possibility will die because it does not have strong support from the public, especially altcoin-altcoin that is not registered. But for Altcoin which is ranked at the top, I don't think it should worry, because these altcoins are definitely able to survive.

Yes brother you just say very important and effective information because maximum new altcoins will not survive due to weak technologies, development, project management, unfit exchange and IEO and ICO price adjustment.

Nowadays maximum number of new altcoins are scams and fake. They perform their project with pilgrims whitepaper, technical paper and roadmap. If they complete their project with huge success but they are not fit to arrange a good exchange. Hence many alternative coins will not survive the next cryptocurrency.

It's true that most of the altcoins will not survive, it is a guaranteed truth, as you can see there's a lot of new projects out there that provide no utility or real usecase, just a full forked code from another project so in that case they will not survive because who will be interested in a project when there is another who is first to do it so.

I think the only popular altcoin that still survives. it is very difficult for new altcoin to last long, new altcoin only a moment later slowly begins to disappear.

yes, I'm sure of it. not all altcoins will survive and rise when the market starts to run out. altcoin which has no potential will still be below, there will be a bigger dump for that altcoin. so start preparing yourself, sell all altcoins that don't have potential. my advice, better hold altcoin which is in the top 100 CMC.

There are currently many altcoins in existence, old ones and new ones appearing. There are very many registered on Coinmarketcap. And true, of the thousands of altcoins, not all of them will be able to survive, and only altcoin-, altcoin which has a large community that will be able to survive the next Cryptocurrency doomsday

Yeah, if the community still trades the altcoins then there will be hope for the future. Regarding the prices, it is determined by the current trend in the market. The cheap price doesn't always indicate that the coins are going to die. It is normal since crypto coins have high volatility.

If a project has a usecase, there can be no reason for it to fail. Although nothing is guaranteed but a good project which want to stay in the long run should have a real use case

Doomed meaning dead right? I agree on that point but somehow I feel like still need to learn and trust some altcoin cause some of them are actually have more use cases than traditional bitcoin. Im saying is some alts can be operated with more speed and transactions which btc are now leaving behind due to large usage of its network.

Yes it can happen, if the new Cryptocurrency coins don't have strong support. Like the team that manages Crypto and also does not have strong support, it is certain that Altcoin will die, unless large coins like Ethereum and other top-ranking coins, they will survive and will stay alive.

I think altcoins which will increase prices in the future is altcoins are that can survive. These are the ones who manage market supply and demand. So, if altcoin has a future, then the future of altcoin is in the hands of the developers themselves.

Good altcoins that will survive in the future are not necessarily the coins that will increase price in the future but the altcoins that has very good used cases. A coin/token without good used case will definitely leave the market, unfortunately most of these coins/token are already going out of the market as we speak.
Again, large community support for coins/token is also a good reasons for the survival of a coins, and constant coin (project) marketing is another reason for coins/token survival in the crypto economy.

Shit-coins/shit-tokens possibly won't survive since no one is interested to buy. It must become dead coins/tokens at the end. I think it makes sense, investors/traders become smarter and selective to buy coins/tokens. They ignore coins/tokens with a bad future.

In my opinions about the altcoins survival in the next coming year depends on the cryptocurrency project and it's purpose of been developed if the altcoins is real crypto project for me it will survive but any fake altcoins will never survive the crypto market.

If its a Brave browser rival then its not the first web browser blockchain related since Brave already have this crown. I'm saying this could be a good rival, but I checked and reviewed it. Well enticing but compared to brave bat tokens Im sure they needed some improvement to at least par with them. Many users are fond of using Brave browset now next to Google chrome.
Not sure yet if they fan survive to early to say.

Yes, most of the altcoins need to be trashed instead of showing their tails in the market. I have seen so many ICO's collected huge money, but till to date none has developed their own platform and made sense to people.

Certainly they will not survive. Because altcoins are constantly dying out and there is nothing so probable and special here. They will be replaced anyway by other altcoins, which will remain on the market and some will also die out later. And it always will be!

There will be no apocalypse. the tough ones with strong marketing strategy will always survive while the less privileged ones will fade out. some will rebrand into something new and come will some will definietely close shop. it is a business and people will always trow in the money.

Seeing the number of Altcoins at the moment, this opinion is very reasonable. There will be many Altcoins that will not be able to survive and eventually die, therefore a large community is needed to continue to support the development of an altcoin cryptocurrency.

I can't predict it. All how the community of each project. If you have a strong community, the price of their coins will rise. Vice versa. Even if their products are finished and they use their tokens, the price of their tokens will not go up.

Inactive team turns to project to be truly dead, price of the token turning to 0 and no volume at all. Be careful in picking the right altcoin because most of them will not survive.

Everything that is not necessary and does not bring any real benefit to society will die over time - these are the laws by which we all live. As the blockchain technology develops, new altcoins will appear, are technologically better than the previous ones and the old altcoins will either leave the market or the teams will modernize them in accordance with new requirements. Yes, what you said is true. Those altcoins with not active teams, no improvement on the volume, or bad MVP are possibly to end as dead altcoins. So, we must have strict criteria to pick new or not popular altcoins. Holding them absolutely has high risk.

Yes, you are right here. Daily too many altcoins creating in crypto market but those team are strong and maintaining their road map as well as will survive for long term otherwise all will got to death. So i think coin creation is not main factor but its maintenance is a big factor here.

new crypto or new technology is needed. not all new coins or tokens will die or not be able to survive. Try to learn if there are new coins and how they were developed. volume of transactions and the community is also the most important thing to maintain the value of the coin.

Yes sir you are right because many cons never survive in long run or future competition market. Some governments backed coins, exchanges baked coins, are ever lasting but some coins are worthless because they would not able to achieve the roadmap requirements. They flew away from the market with people or investors money. So their coins will be delisted very soon.

I still remember coins like Bitbean, RDD, Decent and PTOY are still valuable in various markets.

I think so. Just like the dot com bubble most of the projects will fade away, just check the dotcom bubble websites, most of the popular ones were gone in a couple of months after the bull market. Pets.com, Webvan, and Boo.com were crazy popular ones with huge market caps. Does anyone know them right now?

Top altcoins are still in good performance even if there are some declines currently.
That has been proven by the strength possessed by DOGE and Monero because these two coins are still perched in the top 30 CoinMarketCap and it is definitely old school coins like this that have a very strong value to invest for the long term.
Both of these coins will also be good coins with new altcoins that are created if the new altcoins do not have the uniqueness of old school altcoins.

The true is that most altcoins are scam and will fade out in due time. we all need to invest wisely. we should do proper research before buying anything crypto from the exchange or investing in any ICO.

I think everyone can answer it. There were already too many altcoins ended to be dead coins and delisted from various exchanges. It shows that not all altcoins can survive and go to their ATH. Commonly they are new fresh coins/tokens that still have low volumes.

It is bad news. But in fact, many new altcoins face this condition. Many of them cannot survive in this crypto moment. They may not survive in the token sale, or even after listing on the exchange because their price so dumps and heading to dead coins.
However, some certain new projects with the interesting product will survive and get more investors.

If the altcoin wouldn't be able to ride the flow and isn't able to make improvements to satisfy its users then most likely it wouldn't be able to survive the crypto world sooner or later. It is very important for a coin to be innovative so that it can compete with other altcoins out there in the market and if the team won't be able to work on an idea that other altcoins doesn't have then it will be barely hanging or could be considered dead.
