Title: What is the difference between ICO's and IEO's

An ICO is the issuance of a cryptocurrency (or token) by a company, person, or group of people. This offer is launched in the market and open to any investor wishing to purchase the tokens offered in the offer.

Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs) are a newer token issuance mode than previous ones. In an IEO, tokens can be issued by an exchange that has decided to create its own cryptocurrency.
