Hi, guys!
Wanna know your thoughts.
What do you think about the best mining rig for Monero, GPU or FPGA? If you want any suggestions about types of equipment, I would be glad if you shared it with me.

Your opinions is important to me.

Thanks for the info.
It looks attractive, cause they offer the CMMS system. If I'm not mistaken, that’s means I can pay for one part of the miner (a module), that will cost for example 50% from full price - $4500. What do you think about it?

Hey! It’s really interesting. Afterward, I’ve checked VQTech items and found it really attractive. First of all, I’ve paid attention to the hash rate: 2850 MH/s on Ethhash(depending on mining mode) and how it reaches such a low rate of power consumption 800 W. Сonsidering that their ASIC works on ETH network, it could be extremely profitable. But unfortunately, according to CMMS, I’m not able to give a piece of advice to you.

Hello. Actually I have the same question, but now I want to ask one more question, do you think I could get profit if I rent 2 CMMS modules from rig providers VQ Miner EMC 1 Hymera? And what about electricity costs? Does it include in services and support costs of ASIC or it separates ones?

Hi. You are right, it’s possible to invest in a one half of miner (1 module) or as many modules as you are able to buy, but at least 1% of the item. It will depend on the price and the model of ASIC. Overall, I was wondering that VQ Tech developed a very usable application, which allows easy track and controls the work of miners, even if I cannot see it personally. What I need just log in to my private account and get the full statistics of miners.

Hi, nice question.
To my mind, the market has moved onto specialized FPGA that are orders of magnitude more efficient than GPUs at mining. The best coin to mine with an FPGA right now is Monero, and as well as guys mentioned above EMC1 of VQTech has already configured the miners on the Cryptonight and Ethhash. However, if you're using GPUs and just start to mine, I guess you probably won't even make back enough money to pay for the electricity.
That’s why it would be more profitable to get only 1 or 2 modules of FPGA’s miner and reduce any costs for electricity because VQ Tech has already taken care of it and included such fees in services costs. You just make the benefits and only control your miner by the application.

Which is the best RAM for OC for Threadripper ?
All sites tested 3200MHZ 14-14-14-34
But no one checked 3600MHz memories at 16-18-18-38
or
4000MHZ?
Why did not anyone test the AMD boards for a 125/150 MHZ BUS SPEED
