Hello Everyone, I am looking to invest in tokenized securities in the crypto sphere. As per the hype, I also believe security tokens are the next big thing in the crypto market for those looking to raise capital from genuine investors in a legal, secure and transparent manner.
As far as I know, all such platforms take the assistance of third parties (e.g., custodians, STO advisory, legal experts, etc.) for investor accreditation and other things part of the investment lifecycle, which I feel is risky for private investors in term of privacy and loss of personal financial information.
Like, recently I have registered on one such investment platform called DCI Ecosystem (https://dciecosystem.com/)which offers services like robo-advisory, portfolio rebalancing, KYC/AML, etc. by taking the assistance of such product/service providers.
Can anybody suggest are such investment platforms safe for investing in tokenized assets. Does partnering with third-party vendors to verify investor information is alright when it comes to issues like investor privacy or data breach?
