It's okay to publish a government report. But there was a huge fraud in the history of the crypto market. Due to which the bad situation has not yet been overcome. 1.5 million btc would normally be used, but there are doubts that 5 million is unavailable. There has been some popularity due to fraud. However, bitcoin used to get much more exposure.
