I don’t think that this news will somehow affect cryptocurrencies, because the main goal of the New Zealand police was not cryptocurrencies, but a committed crime related to piracy and money laundering. The only thing that can negatively affect the prices of cryptocurrencies is the sale of confiscated cryptocurrency by bailiffs when a court decision is made.
