Title: SHOULD THERE BE A PURGE IN ALTCOINS
Post by: tonymillions84 on December 30, 2019, 05:55:38 PM
I think we might see a huge growth in new coins/ project joining the blockchain technology. i think it will be necessary for trading and listing platforms purge coins with little or no value and trading volume. this will help in determining tokens that worth tangible amount and hopeful, investors can key in.

It has done already by some exchanges, right? Even there is an exchange that only focuses on Bitcoin only. The exchange removed all altcoins and left Bitcoin alone there. It is an extreme response to bad issues related to altcoin's future.

I am not familiar with the thread made by the OP, can the OP give a more interesting explanation about this thread made?
Or maybe I do not understand every word written by the OP?

Well, maybe for every wallet can be created by a variety of well-known exchanges such as Binance that can withdraw USD in Visa and Master Cards. IMO

I am interested is this coin listed already on exchanges? Or even csn be seen on CMC? Sorry for the off topic but Im thinking which projects has potentials. I'm thinking this cartesi is a good choice not just because it has bounty but the objective is quite impressive plus one of the IOTA advisors think that this project is gonna be a good option for dapp expansion.

I agree with the purging of Shitcoins but how can we do that? Some exchanges are listing shitcoins for the sake of money and further, there is a decentralized exchange which no one can control the listings like fork delta, etherdelta and many more. I hope that people could think some alternative way in purging the shitcoins.

you know quite well that wouldn't happen. So don't bother yourself taking the issue up too far. Also amidst the new blockchain project there would be one with great benefits later so judging projects too early wouldn't be too good idea

I think that altcoins do not need any additional cleaning. There are certain market mechanisms that themselves, as necessary, will clear the market of useless altcoins. This will all be regulated by supply and demand. This is a universal adjusting mechanism.

Good idea to keep a good coin or token in the market. Many shit coins are listed in the market without the aim of the project. This makes many investors lose from holding coins that do not have volume in the market.

Usually large markets select for coins or tokens that want to list on their platform. The Binance that I see consistently maintains new tokens that want to register and select very well.
