What criteria do people use for investing in projects? I tend to look at the basics first.
The project itself - what does it do and how innovative is it? Are there any/many competitors, and if so, what is the project's USP?
The team - how experienced are they in the field? Are they a young, ideas team, or an experienced team, both bring their benefits?
Supply - what is the coin/token supply and how does the supply relate to it's purpose? How did they decide on the maximum supply? Is it mineable?
There are loads of other factors to consider, but these ones tend to give me an overview to decide whether to investigate any further.
