The us regulator turned its attention to the initial exchange offer (IEO) and warned of possible risks during such tokensales.

According to the SEC, for the initial sale of tokens, the crypto exchange must be registered as a stock exchange or at least have a broker-dealer license. At the same time, the regulator has not yet issued any IEO permits.

We can expect that after such a statement, we will soon see new legal proceedings, now with IEO projects and exchanges supporting them.
