You don't have to rest or meditate really. You just have to get used to the volatility of the market and accept the fact that you can never control or predict what is going to happen next. I would rather suggest that you hone your skills in all aspects of crypto and learn to control your emotions. If you get tired waiting, maybe you are not really cut out for this. Maybe you are only treating it as a lottery ticket to get rich. That's not the case unfortunately.

Yes, I experienced it and was frustrated with the situation of the crypto market that had not yet reached my expectations. I dream and maybe it will happen in the future. where Bitcoin returns at a price of USD 20,000 or exceeds the ATH record ever experienced. As human frustration is a normal thing and part of our being, but doesn't mean it was hopeless. sometimes we just need time and enough space to recover from that kind of feeling. specially that we involve in the volatile crypto industry that giving us so much stress, the question is am i tired? my answer is yes but i need to continue of what i have started and that was my strong position with or without bullrun.

Yes I already filled tried because I am a victim of cryptocurrency holdings. When market is higher in position then I invested in bitcoin and Ethereum. But two big scammed year 2018 and 2019 give me suffered. So I really tried. I am waiting for green signal and something better than worse.

I have to agree with this. I've been out in crypto for over a year and now I am back! Taking a few baby steps again in risking and investing in cryptocurrency and hopefully profit from it in the long run.

I'm not, in a few years in this crypto world i've learned to be patience, we need to be strong and focus in other things, Cyrptocurrency is better for long term investment, patience is the key.

Don't expect the cryptocurrency market to grow right now. August-September is not yet a period for such growth. Typically, the cryptocurrency market is doing well in the fourth quarter.
