The wallet of bitcoin is the same of altcoinstalk?
AltcoinsTalks doens't have a wallet. ALTS (the token) is an ERC20 and accessible with MEW or MetaMask for example.

Maybe what you mean is a wallet for altcoin. Because as far as I know, altcoinstalk is a forum discussing crypto coins. Okay, let me tell you that not all wallets can hold all types of coins. It is incorporated from which coin you have.

Does IMTOKEN support altscoin? I searched Altscoin on IMTOKEN but I can't it, my hunch is that it does not support altt. Can someone please clarify this?

Altcoin is now a wallet. Its a ERC20 token. You can use MEW as a wallet for ERC20 tokens. There is a withdraw system of altcoin. You can search about it. If you need any help you can ask again. All system of withdraw are already posted. Best of luck :)

If you meant to say bitcointalk ,then yes. Anyways it does not have inffluence when it comes to that because every forum demands wallet for itself. So you can without problem have different wallets for different forums. Bitcoin is installed wallet with explanation itself and for ethereum it has different variatious and MEW is my recomentation.

Yes, we can still use the wallet address that we are using in bitcoin to altcoinstalk as long as it is compatible to the projects or to the tokens.

From your question you are asking if altcoinstalks forum uses the same wallet as the bitcointalk, well i think it actually uses the same wallet as long as it is compatible but from my view I don't think altcoinstalks has any special wallet.
