I think ICO's have already suffered and badly affected by scams and fraudulent activities that may cause severe damage that quite irreparable, so it's no way to effectively promote any ICO's today. instead, look for alternative fundraising methods like IEO, STO, etc. I believe that most of the ICO's today are not effective anymore and should be considered to try another one.

There is no better way to promote Cryptos especially this period when the scams committed during the ICO was huge and unavoidable. the best way to raise funds is to run IEOs and you have to do that on quality exchange not on lower tier exchange because you will definitely loose. ICOs are worthless now.

with the current way crypto projects are been handled, i don;t think there is a proper way of promoting ICO . they failed when most projects offeres nothing but are interested in scamming the populace. Now, it is not worth to do ICO, because few people invest in ICOs, because almost all companies that conduct ICOs are either scammers or simply do not even collect softcap, that is why IEO is popular now, so not waste your time for ICOs, just invest in IEOs.

These methods don't work out effecttively these days, I think. People's faith on ICOs has gone for good. It would make much more effort in advertising, marketing or whatsoever. In fact, so far there hasn't been any good project emerged from the trash crowd.
