I am indeed stop participating on airdrop for a very long time. Specifically the one that launched in forum where you need to do simple task and fill up forms. Maybe around 2017 to 2018 where it still quite famous but I can see its now fading and not worth it anymore. Maybe there are few but these finds are quite rare.
I suggest the following which surely give you chance to earn legally but chances are still depend how witty you are and if you have charisma.
PARTICIPATE ON AMA
What is this? AMA stands for Ask Me Anything which is about organizing a discussion and raising some questions pertaining to different altcoins. By this, we can know the strength and capability of each platform and its use cases related to blockchain. Most of these AMAs are conducted by famous groups or entities such as Binance, Gains Discussion, Kucoin, and many more. The process is quite simple where you just participate by raising good and intelligent question or query regarding a project. The host usually facilitate it to have an organize set up where discussion and raised questions wouldnt be clogged up. I participate mostly in this rather than doing some airdrops. Take note those projects, doing this are much more of a legit and secure one and if your lucky you can win some good amount of their tokens. I like this cause your knowledge increases as discussion uncover such usage of their platform. I see it as an advantage cause it simply add something on our brains in relation to cryptocurrencies.
RAFFLE/GIVEAWAY ON TWITTER
With this one, it's also a chance you can earn decent token. The easy part here is most of the task asked here are just following, retweeting and sometimes putting up some hashtag of words the host prefer. It's not assured that you can win but doing this might give you rewards if your lucky. Most of my friends quite lucky to win in these events just by participating.
PARTICIPATE ON DAPPS CONTEST OF DIFFERENT PROJECTS
Unlike others, I like platforms that introduced their dApps especially id its about gaming. I believe gaming platform is one way to entertain users. Just like cartesi and agareum. They have their dApps built on gaming which I believe aside from having fun and enjoyment will give you chance to earn tokens. You can pick depends on your likes. Sometimes they have contest or tournaments launch which can give you rewards.
Tips how to win on these events:
For AMA, just be sincere and do a research first to understand the platform of projects. This will give you ideas on how you can provide an interesting questions or answers.
For Twitter raffles, I guess there are no such thing as guide here as host will pick winners randomly and your chance to win will depend on your luck. If there is one you can mentioned here.
For dApps, just study well how its work and search some guidelines on the internet most users uploading tips especially on Youtube on how you can take advantage od whatever platform youre into.

you shared a brilliant information here. the bounty/airdrop hunting is nolonger trusted as mangers and project owners are very wicked and has nothing serious to offer. it is time to focus somewhere else to see what is left of the crypto world.
i prefer the twitter option but you need to provide any correct twitter account to follow up for giveaways .

You say at every opportunity to get a token with the words if you are lucky to get a token from the project, that means it's the same for both Bounty and Airdrop if we are lucky we will also get tokens that we can sell and get money. While AMA and Twitter raffles may not be known by many people, so the chance to get a bigger token because there are still few rivals.

I am interested in AMA but I have never been to an AMA before. How you join an AMA? through a website or software? you said they arrange AMA in Binance kucoin k]like exchange but how many can participant and is any requirements for participating in an AMA of any project or you can join simply?

Valuable information shared here. I agree that bounty and airdrop no longer used to have that same big potential that it had last 2016~2017, and all these scams kinda ruined the fun and effort of all these bounty hunters. However, there are legit bug bounties that good developers can hop in an join. There's a Developer Accelerator Program (https://www.avalabs.org/dap) where you just need to catch errors and find bugs, get paid for up to $50k. But for those bounties, you got to have the knowledge, it's not as simple as bounty and airdrop campaigns.

i have tried some of this currently. i think i want to focus on gaming projects that paid with crypto. the whole stuff is boring and payment is quite slow. i cna't believe that i have never make enough amount of payment from this crypto. Airdrops, bounties, Giveaways pays as little as 10usd. quite horrble.

I join the airdrops and also the bounties but almost now this time the bounties and the airdrops are fake and they just scam with us just 5% airdrops are real.

I think the majority of the bounty hunters are already tired in this kind of situation left and right scamming activities promoting some projects but nothing gets in return thats why it is not easy to tell the bounty hunters about some of the new methods on how to earn cryptocurrency aside from joining Airdrop and Bounties. because I'm sure they will not believe it easily.
