I do not remember exactly, but I will try to move up this thread higher by replying here and maybe somebody from admins will really reply to us exactly and absolutely on any possible level here and make some more advices;)

It means you disregard section rules and other sticky topics like General Discussion Post Count (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=1185.0), otherwise you'd know the answer. I advice to read section rules in the future. ;)
