China's economy declined sharply due to the spread of the Covid-19 Virus. We know many cities in China do LockDown. And the death rate in China caused by the Covid-19 Virus is very much. So many government activities, offices, and schools become delayed.

My opinion that by looking at the present condition, I think the launch of the Blockchain service that will occur in April 2020 will experience delays.
