Even now, top Russian officials are arguing among themselves about which actions will be banned in Russia and which will not. This has been going on for the past few years. Apparently, they do not want to accept the ban on cryptocurrency, and they can not take another decision. I do not believe in the prospect of cryptocurrency in Russia. In any case, under the current Putin government.
