As a mater of fact, there is no bases for taking any risk if bitcoin does not hit $20000 at the end of 2020. Bitcoin has once hit $20000 in 2017 and i think that such record will be repeated in no distance time. i personally advise Mr Mike Novogratz to stay cam because bitcoin is unpredictable,
