Well, as a matter of fact government of any nation of the world have not no any plan to ban crypto launch whether
Whether from  a U.S. Presidential candidate, John McAfee or any person from around the word. Many individual or group of persons has launched their coin(s) without interfering from governments.
However,  John McAfee has his opinion, but it is also very possible for government to put a stop on any project they think will after their economic plans. One man can not detect to government irrespective of his personal or political status and John McAfee Ghost can be shut down.
