Give some examples, so people can be alert about "Too good to be real projects"
My advice:
Almost all new Masternode coins, too good to be real, they almost always do the same strategy, create a coin, do a presale, thousand dollars for an MN, after that list into an exchange, price keep for a few days, then after weeks, Crash, No use case, No products, only ROI of a new coin.
-
To be honest there is nothing like to good to be true in crypto currency.
It is simple and straight forward; any thing can happen in crypto currency because it is unpredictable.
We just need to do our own research, thats all.
-
well Masternode coins are ways of diversiving the blockchain network. thereby introducing new projects on the blockchain. it is quite unfortunate that most developers has nothing to offer but they are after the money. what they all do these days is look for marketers with promising mouth to loud the project.

Well its already known to many that most of ICO projects between 2017-2019 are the to good to be true, promises and without any bias, some of it still survive till today, But that was before because some projects today have a good reputation regarding the industry they choose to align themselves, for example, the Gaming Industry this industry has a huge potential and if it was decentralized many developers can offer their works, and we can see it today, many Dapp's for gaming purpose was made and the results was very promising. thats why just look around do some little research if you want to invest in the cryptocurrency base platforms.

Not all new projects and coins experience things like that. It depends on how the developer does the best thing to keep prices and do interesting programs. I like masternode and am interested if there are coins that have masternode concepts
-
Yes it is. But not only masternode projects do this. Absolutely everything now projects do so. Therefore, there is nothing to be surprised at.
-
For me, too good to be true are those who offers a steady income like 1% a day. There is no constant in this world except time. If I encountered that project, I'm thinking that it might be a ponzi scheme project which we must avoid.
-
New opportunity in the cryptocurrency platform abound. we all need to focus on the most important ones but how do we identify the important ones. research and proper follow up with the developers. making sure they keep to their promise and never fall from what they says there are.
-
That is true and happens to every new coin that is listed on the exchange. I am not sure if the coins can develop according to the roadmap of their project
-
I am not sure if the coins can develop according to the roadmap of their project
Well, we can say many projects did't follow the roadmap exactly but some can follow it. Of course it depends on the team of the projects, if they are professional and experts, they must follow the roadmap and plan everything properly. But if the team projects have bad track-record, the may not follow it.

True, I remember thos eyears, a lot of fake ICOS collecting money and just dissapearing right after get a few money, the same happened with the masternode coins.

Being here is not all about getting money because this place is a place of learning and excellent ability to determine the real project. Do not be fall by huge amount of reward. Take time to read the details.
Be patient and understanding what you are trying to do.
-
So do you think MN coin is bad? I think MN Coin is very good because many people are happy with their platform. Like the Sharering project, AirWare and many more
-
You are absolutely right that is why you should not waste money at masternodes and even most of staking coins. Even if you want to then the only safe way is to invest big in reputed coins like dash or upcoming Eth pos system.
-
At first you need to research on the projects. When you fulfill your research than you need to find out the product potential, experience of team and their capability. If you think they have capability to run the project than that's real projec.
Now i am Research on 2-3 project, Koinpro is one of them, already developed project i think as well as secure.
