Title: Will Cryptocurrencies Survive the Corona Outbreak
Post by: Paglamon on April 19, 2020, 06:48:16 AM
In my opinion, cryptocurrencies have the tendency to survive COVID 19. Some of the digital assets, especially Bitcoin, have shown some signs of recovery. For Bitcoin, the halving procedure would help recover the price. Moreover, governments have begun to lock down their lands. No person is allowed to go out without any reason. Speaking about fiats, the exchange of these paper-based currencies has the potential to spread the virus. People have now started relying on the internet to transfer the money. This could be a piece of good news for blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Decentralized systems like these two have a chance for more adoption. When countries would start adopting blockchain and digital assets, prices would rise significantly as a result. This would reap more profits to the investors.

Base on the situation right now, I can say that the cryptocurrency industry is showing resiliency despite the huge pressure that inflicted in the cryptocurrency market nowadays in that case I presume that the crypto industry will survive in this challenging times no matter what happens.

Logically Cryptocurrency itself is not affected by this Covid-19 Virus, But the problem is that the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has really brought down the global economy.
If this continues, I'm afraid that the price of Cryptocurrency will really be affected. Because people will sell their assets to buy basic necessities that are eaten daily.

I believe that crypto currency has already survived the pandemic, and the future is greener.
The casualties of the pandemic are indeed much, but it is reducing which is imppressive.

Once the pandemic is over, digital currencies will be encouraged to avoid contacts with fiats for now, that will attract people to bitcoin more.

I agree with you, sir. Indeed, the current condition of the world economy is destroyed by Coronavirus, but not with Cryptocurrency.  Cryptocurrency is not affected by Covid-19 and will continue to grow.
Within a few days the price of Bitcoin is changing prices, but that is common in Cryptocurrency.  And not because of this Coronavirus Pandemic.

I don’t quite agree with you. As soon as information on the spread of coronavirus began to appear in large quantities, in mid-March, the price of bitcoin fell sharply to five thousand dollars. At the same time, prices fell in all traditional markets. Therefore, the advent of coronavirus did have an impact on lowering the price of cryptocurrency in the first place. However, I agree that bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market as a whole quickly dealt with this problem and now the market is slowly recovering.

This epidemic made a bad impact on the market but the crypto market survive and I think that fear of market collapse already gone. Stock markets are going down, while bitcoin is going up. That's the most solid proof to show that cryptocurrencies will survive and live well. The fact is from the very begining of the pandemic, finance markets and oil were severely affected. Crypto were affected either but at a minor level. That's not to mention the upcoming halving.

The survival of the cryptocurrencies is not known, but going by the current situation, I think it may survive, because people are running away from the cash. It  si said that cash money leads to the rapid spread of the corona virus. Very soon Cryptocurrencies may be adopted by different nations to cab the spread of the corona virus which is a threat to the whole world.

We all live in the physical world, and everything is interconnected in it. When people first learned about the spread of the coronavirus, there was a slight panic. To prepare from a material point of view for protection from the coronavirus, people began to partially sell cryptocurrency and it fell sharply in price. Now we no longer see a significant impact of the coronavirus on the price of the cryptocurrency. Most likely, this influence is neutralized by a counter increase in demand for it. However, it will still depend on the length of time the coronavirus is active and on the economic well-being of people.

Worldwide covid-19 has a tendency to gain prominence in human life. But I don't think it will spread to cryptocurrency. Because all the countries of the world have locked their lands. The government of the country has forbidden the people to go out. So they are using blockchain at home. Bitcoin has started to be used many times, especially in cryptocurrencies. People are transacting from their homes and this can be a good news. The number of blockchain users worldwide is increasing. So I think Kovid-19 has had no effect on the global cryptocurrency.

The market has been weakening a lot since 2017. I think the cryptocurrency market is not responsible for the coronavirus because the market was two years from 2018 to 2019 but much worse. Then in 2020, when the epidemic coronavirus appeared, the market was bad, but later the market became much better. The market is expected to be better in 2020. Although the coronavirus did some damage, I don't think it did as much in the current situation.

Blokchain is a promising technology and its advantages stand out even more in a pandemic. Distributed decentralized technology is what helps develop traditional infrastructure markets and make them safer, more automated and cheaper. I see a great potential for the adoption of blockchain technology by the states, unfortunately we will lose in decentralization, as any state wants to control financial flows, but in the end legalization and regulation of the market is necessary for universal adoption.

So far, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency have always received special attention from each country, because of the security and transparency of good transaction data from blockchain technology, but regulations regarding the prohibition of crypto transactions for payment systems are still our problem at this time, this happens because every country has a currency that has been registered and recognized by the IMF and is reluctant to accept crypto payment systems for security reasons.
But I believe cryptocurrency will survive the current pandemic, because there are many cryptocurrency users in every country who want to use crypto to store their wealth by buying more Bitcoin or other top altcoins.

I admit at first that blockchain is not a very promising technology. Because the epidemic is going on. But I believe it is a technology of hope. The use of technology has increased at the moment. In particular, the use of blockchain technology has increased. So I think blockchain technology will embrace every person and states are taking different paths to use blockchain technology. So coronavirus has not affected blockchain technology. I see a great potential for states to adopt blockchain technology. So time is needed for a more universal adoption.

I don't believe the outbreak of the corona virus has had much of an impact on cryptocurrency. People have put a little more emphasis on cryptocurrencies because of the house arrest caused by the Karna virus. As the markets of 2018 and 2019 were much worse then there was no coronavirus but the market was much worse.
