At least 50 of these jobs are good things and should be able to succeed LIBRA in the future, moreover the office is located in Dublin where the majority of people there are very disciplined and smart in developing cryptocurrency.
Then the Calibra team must also be very numerous because 50 jobs are very many and it takes a long time because LIBRA is not an arbitrary coin that will be created just like that.

We do not need to imagine how 50 jobs were launched by LIBRA because it is certain that the development of LIBRA requires a lot of work.
See Ethereum, besides Vitalik Buterin who worked on Ethereum, there are also a lot of colleagues to help the development of Ethereum.

If 50 jobs are created by LIBRA then the coin does have a new innovation in its creation. In My Opinion .
