half of bitcoin will be reduced in May 2020, and I think if this really happens it is likely that the price of bitcoin can surge to $ 15k - $ 20k.

The effect of halving is usually delayed and that's evident in the past halvings. Is the hype of the upcoming halving already part of Bitcoin's current value? Maybe so. I try not to speculate on these events now since the price is really unpredictable. What is clear is that after halving, miner rewards will be reduced and that will somehow slow down the supply of circulating btc's.

AFAIK, the halving is really about the significant raising in Bitcoin price. It is normal if many people expect about it as in the previous halving it happened. But the big increase didn't happen suddenly, it needs several months to soar. So, let's don't expect too much in May but several months later.
