These lawsuits, and especially future court decisions, simply point to the still weak legal regulation of cryptocurrency by states. There is still no single approach to understanding the legal nature of cryptocurrency and a clear order of its circulation in society. Of course, such claims will cause some damage to the normal activities of exchanges and other structures that deal with cryptocurrency. While such situations will arise and this is inevitable.
