Interesting news. For a long time I have not heard that a small town issued its own paper money. Of course, for this purpose it would be better to create your own cryptocurrency. However, small cities are usually populated by residents in old age who do not perceive new technologies. Especially when it comes to finance. However, over time, the situation should change.

Well it would have been better if they used already available coins because creating new coins everyday will cause its own problems, here too btc or eth would have worked nicely.
