Maybe he is right because there already thousands of coins in the market and in this context he is saying that no new coin is needed in the market, in another context he may have said this out of disappointment due to low or no support from community during their complicated ico sales and the after math.

I think that no matter Mr.Mike Novogratz frustration on their ICO sales, it just his personal opinion, and will not stop many new start up projects launch. Gram token may soon come up after many delay.
Again there may not be a stop now or in near future the launch of new projects. One thing is sure, and that is, more coins will be launch and many will disappear or conidered dead.
