Well that is true but i think the number claimed is a bit high i think around 70 percent cryptocurrencies prove scam or failed with time.

95 percent, this is too exaggerated. I also think that 70 percent of fraudulent and worthless projects are a more realistic figure. I see many good working projects, altcoins are developing even faster than bitcoin and are making their worthy contribution to the development of the cryptocurrency world. Open access for everyone to create their own cryptocurrencies without any restrictions logically leads to the emergence of a large percentage of fraudulent projects and useless types of cryptocurrencies. While this process is completely unregulated, it is inevitable. We just need to go through this stage of cryptocurrency development.
