Thats good news, It means they are legitimate now? But there is something in my mind now what would be the outcome of the upcoming Bitcoin Halving in the crypto mining industry? thats my million-dollar question today.

Yes, is a welcome development on the crypto community. Many  persons and countries are beginning to look deep into crypto to explore it great benefits. More will definitely come on board.
On the Bitcoin halving event, it obvious that Bitcoin is unpredictable, and like such situation, anything can happen; we may expect a bull market.

It is good for Iran, they have global restrictions so they are making wise decisions by investing in the best alternative finance asset called btc and they can mine it and sell it in hige profit whenever they want.
