At one side, it is good, because it gives a chance to work "open" and don't run into a further problem with illegal things.

These are normal and expected measures that will be taken over time in all states. Cryptocurrency service providers must register with the relevant state authorities, otherwise we will never get rid of abuses and, above all, cryptocurrency frauds that already threaten the normal existence of cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency users may remain anonymous, but not cryptocurrency service providers.

It is good as their government hascame up with a new crypto policy where everyone doing crypto business must be registered.
