Title: What are some of ways to earn a passive income through cryptocurrency
Post by: saidakil on May 07, 2020, 02:17:05 PM
I know quite a few ways to make passive income from crypto, dividends from exchanges are a great one, for example, KCS kucoin and VX vitex, both share exchange profits to holders of their token, NEX nash also but I hear their returns are terrible.
staking is a great way to also make a passive income many coins out there produce new coins and you can stake your coins to get a bit of the new coins produced, some coins that have staking: ETH, ADA, VITE, NEO, TEZOS, WAVES, ICON, MKR, IOTEX … there are many many more.

the only problem with staking is that you are dilution the coin supply, so in a way, you are not really gaining. because yes you are getting more coins but so is everyone else and the total supply is going up as well.
the one I love in the list above is VITE because they burn vite tokens on their exchange VITEX which compensates for the new coins created on the vite blockchain to the point where it is now deflationary. So yes you heard that right while you get vite coins by staking the network has fewer vite coins because of that burning of vite fees on vite trading pairs on vitex.

An amazing balancing effect and what could be a very powerful passive income source in the future.

when you are talking about passive you are talking about a huge way to earn in cryptocurrency. the fact is, if you are not a big player, you cant passively earn. and also, you have to either be a long term investor or a trader. there is no short cut

It was a good passive income strategy, staking coins/tokens is a good choice but just make sure that the platform you choose was legitimate and stable in that case you can be sure your investment will be in good terms for more years. I will not introduce any platforms here so it will be fair among others.

Staking can help you earn more coin but it doesn't always help you earn passive income. Let's say VITE, you stake and earn more VITE tokens, but what if its price keep decreasing? The more tokens you get, the more your balance decreases. Problem is, you have to find a good coin to stake. Also, inflation rate is another important factor. Super low inflation rate won't help you much under a side way market.

Masternode is Passive Income.....  8)

Masternode is simply a cryptocurrency full node or computer wallet that keeps the full copy of the blockchain in real-time, just like your have Bitcoin full nodes and is always up & running. But masternodes are considerably different in their functionality than normal nodes.

I don't think the profit from burning tokens of an exchange is called passive income. Binance is doing the same, but they didn't call it that good name. The value of the token will vary hour by hour, with no guarantee that it will increase next month to generate passive income.
If you own an exchange's token to receive free tokens from new projects listed on the exchange, we can call it passive income :)

Yes, now there are a lot of ways of passive earnings. Because already each new project offers it. Therefore, it is very difficult to make a choice, and even if you have capital, then passive income can be easily earned.

depending on which path to choose, with or without investments. if with investments, then you can go around, and keep deposits somewhere on gekkoin, and even try cloud mining.
without investments it is also possible, but long and tedious. some coins with staking offer free coins for this, but it is impossible to withdraw and sell, only to get reward

For your information, earning money from the crypto world cannot be used as a passive income. Why? because the income is not exact. You cannot expect high expectations to the income of the crypto world. There are some ways to earn such as doing bounty, airdrop, faucet, and others.
