Title: Why do you still do bounties
Post by: hushpupppy on May 15, 2020, 10:47:41 PM
I realized that several participants are still participating in bounties despites every thing going on.
Digitalbits has refused to pay up, so many projects have exit scammed, bounties now extend distribution to 3 months or 6 months, while some do not even pay at all.

What keeps you going in bounties?

I still participate in some bounties campaigns for the following reasons:
- Good project, good idea, have a high rating on ICObench;
- There are many reputable & famous advisors;
- Managed by a reputable bounty manager, having been successful with many crypto projects.
=> Hold back: I continue to participate in the campaign because I believe I will still benefit from them.

I currently participate in some bounty. I have worked on some bounty of bounty deactivate, they paid and took part. And I am participating in deloodin's bounty. A bounty of Deloodin has just ended, they said the token will be distributed. So I am waiting for their payment.

I joined signarure campaigns only. It doesn't take me much effort to post 2-3 posts/day to fulfill campaigns' requirements. At some point, joining campaigns even encourage me to post since I'm a lazy person. Of course, I pay attention to payments but if I'm unlucky to join a scam, it's still fine.

The task is easy and even only a few but there are still bounties really paid participants. I bet on getting good bounties although I have analyzed everything. I think it is better to follow a bounty than never or do nothing with this account. To be honest, earning money is one of my reasons to be here.

I still believe that there are some honest and good bounty campaigns out there? Not just only the Bounty Detective manage campaigns but also from other management. In my opinion, doing some bounty works and getting some money with it can help me to pay my bills on electricity, the Internet, etc. My opinion on the recent issues on bounty payment was the Bounty management should create a binding agreement and escrow account which has an advance deposit for bounty payments.

Despite of rampant scam you are still here. why?
Because it is possible you see a big picture on cryptocurrency than the image of bounties.
What was that picture?
Analog turns to digital.
Technologies turn into advance..
Money turn into binary.
Algorithms is on the way.
Wether you accept or not somehow technology is better than human in terms of storing data memories. Blockchain is slowly opening the door from different corners of this world.
Possible in due time people will chose to used blockchain than personal and manual ways.

Nevertheless, not all campaigns are scam keep the faith. If unfortunate happen, remember while you are posting your activity post is progressing and new additional learning to adopt.

Indo bounties if the bounty project is promising and the token has greay chance to be worthier in the future. Moreover when the token has been listed on certain exchange that will help us ensure that the coin is not scam. But of course, bounty is sometime very risky and we must be ready of the risks

Not only digitalbits but also many projects flew away don't paying payments. ARCC, digitalbits, Deflexchange, cindex, swace, Athero, bitcollar, more more projects already flew away from the markets. But some trusted managers who are very friendly and helpful for bounty Hunters... Bounty detective and sofico management very trusted.

Initial coin offerings will eventually be organizationally regulated by states. ICO teams will be registered and verified, which means that fraud in this type of activity will soon disappear or at least substantially decrease. Therefore, there are still prospects for work for bounty hunters. In addition, even now, good ICO projects are still appearing, although earnings are currently low. Basically, we are working for the future.

I think which ever way will look at it, Bounty remain one the cheapest way to market new start up project and its obvious that there may be good projects and also scam ICOs.
I participate in bounty because I know that there will good projects that may launch from time to time to complement the existing ones.

"doing Bounty is also quite fun and relaxing"?
I am not sure about this, no matter which campaign (Media, Socical, Signature, Translation ...), you will be bored at a time if the campaign lasts too long or the token distribution is slow or delayed. At first it might be fun to do a translation or write a review/video, but when you see it as a job to earn extra income, you will soon lose interest.
Bounty scam is also one of the reasons that bounty hunters lose confidence in bounty campaigns.

On a contrary opinion, you should not be worried or disturbed about bounty scam, all you need to do is the basics.
Do your own research before joining any bounty, and that rate gives you atleast 70% non scammy bounties.

I don't have any other idea to be done in this pandemic, what I see is there is still a chance to struggle and make a good choice on exchange. There are some bounties that still can make money. And even some tokens/coins of the bounties already listed on good exchanges. It makes us have the hope of earning money from bounties again.

Then what you expect bounty hunter to do? They have to do something that's why they chose to continue work as a bounty hunter. it's true that it's not profitable anymore but still, something is better than nothing I think and some project still pays their hunter. I think you should join only those bounty that is managed by a reputable bounty manager.

In bounty there is a law to join or not to join.
If you participate in the bounty and comply the rules and guidelines you could receive tokens in exchange to your labor. When the project succeeded you are intended to have a reward but if not you aren't. Success could pay reward.
Unsuccessful will not pay any reward.
In bounty campaign it is not absolute to become a winner at all the time.

If they extend another more months that means the project was obviously scam.
That's why we as bounty hunters need to be wise as they are. Nowadays, a bounty detective is one of the legit bounty management team for the bounties. it's hard to determine which is the legit one or not.

I now have a lot of free time and I can afford to work on this forum, studying cryptocurrency and at the same time earning new tokens, which in the future can be of good value. As many have noted here, now it looks like a game, you don’t know where the reward awaits us, and where time and effort will be wasted. I hope that after some time, ICO projects will be organizationally regulated by the states and the level of fraud in them will significantly decrease. Then ICO projects will regain their popularity.

Bounties nowadays are not as lucrative as they were a few years ago but if you invest time in researching and choosing, you might still earn, though not very much. I remember the first campaign I joined in this forum was IOTX, an ETH paid one. IQ Cash - the bounty that I am wearing signature is also a good one, according to my evaluation. That's said, there's always gold in the sand.

There are still some reliable bounties and from the original we always have fakes. I also do bounty that I have made enough research on using my own metrics such as the team capability, is the roadmap realizable? what marketing strategies did they have in place, who are the advisors? Have they built anything related to what they are trying to achieve in the past, just many things to consider? I will employ anyone to have a look at KoinPro for profitable trading with their smart trade panel.

Most people here are working hard to promote the shits which were rewarded to them on bounties or collected on airdrops. The rewards for bounty hunters have fallen significantly, but I still have free time and I want to spend it with benefit for myself. In addition, we understand that cryptocurrency will develop and we need to monitor the main stages of its development. It is better to learn and earn new tokens at the same time.

Are you sure that working on bounty campaigns can be your regular income? If it is a signature campaign paid in BTC like in bitcoin talk, then I can agree with you. But if you mean doing bounties paid in new altcoins, I think it is too risky, mate. Most of them just give you small amount of money. How can you make it as a source of income!

Especially if the project does not provide payment for bounty hunters. This will make disappointed a lot of bounty hunters. You're absolutely correct, the bounty niche is screwed since the major Exchange ate that market using their Initial Exchange Offering (IEO). So it's so rare to find a good bounty that is really worth it. The good times were 2015 to late 2017, after that, the ICO business was screwed by the IEO in major big exchanges, so they don't need bounties in BTT or whatever anymore.

Bounties is the best way to make huge amount of coins in bulk and all the coins are free becasue in airdrops just some are real and most are fake but in the Bounties almost all are real and we get the good amount of coins in real.

I have seen many projects that have sold a lot in ICO. But they did sacm. However, I joined the signature campaign at the beginning, I did not bounty. But good luck to the bounty hunters. They are suffering a lot for the future. However the current bounty's condition is a little better. Currently there are many good managers in the bounty section. Now there are bounty deactivate, Bubbalex, deloodin, who have already shown much better literacy.

Still new in the market then I saw your post about bounties.  I think there are still good bounties around just do some research maybe and review the status of bounty managers holding the project. A friend of mine earned in ixinium as well as atomic wallet coin. I know lots of scammers roaming around so we have to be choosy in selecting a project.

Bounty and Airdrops campaigns just a excellent source of income without investment, trading and mining. If you work hard in bounty even Airdrop you can earn a lot of money. But now a days bounty Hunting not a good jobs for Hunters due to scammers, scam projects, manager cheating and others corresponding issues.

There are indeed so many new projects that end in scams, but I still have faith that there are still new projects that are honest and pay the bounty hunters.  For this reason, I still remain in this forum and assess projects that I feel will benefit in the future.

For sure some of us here treat bounty campaigns as a job. So it is possible that they give enough time to do the responsibility to become eligible to receive points equivalent to payment when the project end successfully. Do your job to help the team and yourself even in small way.

Me too, mate. I also become a bounty hunter and I think it is my side job. There is no problem with the bounties even if many of them can be scams or bring nothing. As long as there is a bounty to give me money, I will try to do the bounty job as my side job only.

While most people know that you can make money back with a rewarded credit card, few people know banks offer other free ways to make money. With the bank bonus, you can earn a few hundred dollars to open a new account and fulfill a few simple requirements.

I think when you are a bounty person for many years. It won't take you long investing in it. 1 to 2 hours per day is enough. So that is the reason many people still maintain, while newbies are always willing to participate in making money from bounty.

bounty can be regarded as one of  the means of earning income, but one the that discourage people is that when reward are not paid or got delayed and even when low reward are given. but bounty still pays when good manager is found and limitation is been put on the project.
reason for bounties:
1. To earn income
2. to invest when one does not have the required capital to invest

I always participate in bounties, especially in signcature campaign. I think signature campaign is an easy work and no need big efforts to do. Comment is our daily activity, so why don't join a signature campaign to make it more proftable and fun. Also, we try to earn money if we get a good bounty.

but now it seems that the bounty signature is not as prestigious as it was in the past because now there are many forums and now those who participate in signatures can be obtained from several forums, of course this will reduce the contribution that will be obtained.

Just like before, article bounties were very promising, but now it's not anymore because now people can send lots of articles from steemit, medium, linkedin, etc. not a while ago only allowed to send from our own website or personal blog.

everything has started to change and what we need should be a restriction to be able to participate, or being limited from the registered ip address so that no one can double join the bounty.
But that's my suggestion to go back to the manager himself, if he can and want to follow.

In principle, the signature is simpler to follow because we are used to writing, of course it will not be a problem. indeed there must be an update in order to be able to withdraw again to take part in the bounty.

Although some projects, such as DigitBat, do not reward unscrupulous hunters or scam many projects, I still definitely participate in some bounty campaigns. I see it as a job to make money. Yet some good projects come along; Prize money is coming from projects, especially good bounty managers. I join a project by verifying ICO, iCoBench rating, project roadmap etc.

In addition, you can simultaneously participate in various ICO bounty campaigns and simultaneously earn new tokens. It should be a hobby in your free time.

I realized that several participants are still participating in bounties despites every thing going on.
Digitalbits has refused to pay up, so many projects have exit scammed, bounties now extend distribution to 3 months or 6 months, while some do not even pay at all.

What keeps you going in bounties?

Why do you still do bounties? Because I see you with the signature code of Tozex campaign, I think the reason you are still hanging on to bounty is same reason why other hunters are still doing bounty, even though many projects are not keeping up with their promise to pay and others have introduced the 3 phase payment option, there are still some project who keep to their words and pay when it is time, so I guess hunters still believe they will get paid or bounty still profitable.

So you participate in bounty campaigns to get the project's tokens, then sell them for BTC & ETH? Or do you only participate in the direct rewarding campaigns with BTC & ETH such as IoTex, Injective Protocol...?

now i am skip doing maximum bounties due to scammed. 90%+ bounty are fake or fail to grow up. HOMT  bounty can be given payment but now price of this coin totally low. so problem is if any project success or give you payment but end of the day you cant get real price. so i agree with you mate.

Its not the only factor on checking some legit projects. Most of them are copying it from another project. I can say that many have done this and only those observant really take a good look on this one. Im sure that most projects are carefully hiding their dirty stuff but truth will always be revealed. Better to investigate team profiles and make sure they are real.

There are several bounty manager who works honestly for this reason some projects get successful and participants get some rewards. I still do bounties but not all the projects. I basically do Bounty Detective's projects. He is now on of the best bounty manager. His most of the project get successful.
