The Baseline Protocol has successfully executed a proof-of-concept in which multiple companies privately and securely synchronized data and managed purchase orders on top of the Ethereum (ETH) mainnet.

The concept demonstrates how enterprises can use the protocol to securely collaborate in executing business processes over Ethereum without exposing valuable proprietary data.

Baseline Protocol’s development was spearheaded by ConsenSys, Microsoft, and Ernst & Young.

Ethereum was created by smart people and even Bitcoin was also created by smart people like Satoshi Nakamoto who has high integrity for his security.
He already knew this and he was certainly smart about privacy issues before Bitcoin was launched.

Then Ethereum is also now being followed by Microsoft, where Microsoft is a big company and Microsoft believes its business is on the EThereum path, Great Broo !

But I'm sure Microsoft behind all of that must have something that he wants to have because Microsoft's basic concept from the beginning like that.
Maybe it's the same thing as Instagram that Facebook had not yet acquired by Facebook is not well-known and now Instagram has been acquired by Facebook then it's famous.

Ethereum should not be acquired by Microsoft because Microsoft is full of strange things that have not been widely known.
