Delta Exchange doesn't sound familiar to me. I've heard of Folkdelta or Etherdelta but Delta. However, similar to China, India is always a juicy market with the population of 1.3 billion. As far as I know, there's only a big exchange in India called WazirX. It'll be really lucrative to expoit this market.
