Ethereum Community Debates Raising the Block Size Limit, Once Again

Continuing congestion on the Ethereum (ETH) network has led some developers and community members to call for increasing the gas limit, which defines its transaction throughput.

Data from Etherscan shows that the average gas price rose more than three-fold since early May, with an average of about 30 Gwei in the last few days.

Such a dense network of transactions is very good for Ethereum because it is definitely Ethereum that is used by many communities.

Then I thought of how to solve this problem because things like this are difficult to solve.
Economic law is when there are many transactions, many communities and networks are also dense with transactions. So, what must be solved for this problem?

But it could also be possible that the miners lowered the cost for each Ethereum shipment but the effect the miners would lose.
Indeed, economic law that all business people do not want to lose, but in fact there must be some members who are disadvantaged.

This is also the right for the miners to raise the GAS tariff and the right also for the Ethereum owners to charge miners or not at all.
