Someone Just Anonymously Dropped an ETH 2.0 Scaling Solution on Medium

Someone just anonymously gave the world a simplistic Ethereum 2.0 concept, via a Medium post.

A sentence in the article says: "Staking is coming to Ethereum soon but it’s only for technical users and requires a large amount of Ether." If this is true then it would be a big disappointment. Staking is highly expected by the community and now it's for large holders only. Is this a sign of centralization? I hope this information is false.
