Title: what are the difference between cryptocurrency platforms
Post by: tonymillions84 on June 15, 2020, 10:30:48 PM
i have been much active in most crypto currency forums like bitcointalk, altcointalks, the most popular ones. bitcoingarden and the rest. what do you think differs among thesse platforms. Are there loopholes and favours.
Are some admins more strict than the others.?

I believe this will serve as a feedback form for the admins of this platform to discover how to improve this place.

The differences are in the number of members and their popularity. Of course, Bitcointalk is better than others, but I assume altcoinstalks can be better again to compete with others. If we look at the current situation, the chance is good.

Bitcointalk is the most strict cryptocurrency forum there is. I have to admit that I was banned many times in that forum for flimsy reason. I certainly do not spam nor post bad but I was kicked from there. I am hoping that the same will not happened to me here lol. In terms of coverage, BTT is on the top but there is no reason why AltcoinsTalk can not be getting there also.

Actually, Bitcointalk has been here for 10years  now, and Altcoinstalks is just  about 3 years, there is still big gap in popularity, community population and adoption etc. I think Altcoinstalks is moving very fast in growth within this short period.
The are different ways these forums deal  with their communities of users. The bitcointalk forum has been very strick to  it's users, a reason for unnecessary bans,while the Altcoinstalks is more friendly, at least for beginning. Bitcoin garden is also new but I have know idea about it. Generally, Altcoinstalks will definitely put up good competition to be the best forum in my opinion.

Some differences between forums:
- Number of members;
- Number of local forums;
- Management, rewarding & moderation methods;
- The quality of the topics discussed;
- Friendly level of interface & interaction;
- The degree of interest from ICO projects through bounty campaigns;

In my opinion, AltcoinsTalks is the best forum now thanks to the rating, reward, censorship mechanism and user-friendliness.

bitcointalk rules are very strict, from simple things like using quotes, how to create threads that are good & right. sometimes I don't dare make a new post for fear of being a double post. the ranking increase is also fairly difficult. if altcointalks is more like social media, we are free to be creative as long as it is not spammy, friendlier and easier to post ideas. I think Alcointalks will be a rival of Bitcointalk.

All the forums are playing very important role to expand the crypto world. But Bitcointalk is more strict forum and altcoinstalk is more user friendly among them. The popularity, number of members and quality of discussion  differs from one forum to another. I think altcointalk is growing fast and it will be the best forum among all.

Obviously btt forum has the most strict rules for members even rank advancement is not easy which most of the members there do criticise but still it is the biggest and the pioneer forum in this category so we cannot ignore that.
On the other hand altcoinstalks is relatively new but now i have seen surge in new members here too and i think with so many sections and sub-sections this forum has the potential to become a comprehensive and one stop platform for the community.

The major different is that, one has more traffic than others. In terms of reaching out to so many people at a time we have difference. We also have differences in the number of years of operations, one has been in existence before others. I can also say in terms of quality posts, we also have one on top of the others. Lastly when it comes to fairness, I want to give it yo altcoinstalks.

I am more directed to comfort in speaking or expressing cryptocurrency science because in other forums it might be difficult to adapt.

Like in one forum that is very cruel with a few double posts that will be banned and may make the forum very tight and meaningful.
But if we are in position, maybe forums like this are too difficult to follow, and I have long since left.

Bitcointalk, Altcointalk, bitcoingarden, tapatalk, no other CT, Bountysuite, Bountyportal, CCX, and others.. But above forum bitcointalk is very much popular and having more members than others. 2nd popular cryptocurrency Altcointalk but active members is more in no other CT. In future no other CT will be more popular if Altcointalk members not still active.

I am only member of Altcointalk and bitcointalk. I think Altcointalk and bitcointalk two both popular cryptocurrency free earnings platforms but Bitcointalk forum is more popular than Altcointalk forum. Bitcointalk forum started its journey 10 years than Altcointalk. So nothing can describe, bitcointalk is more attractive than Altcointalk.

I'm just on the altcoinstalk forum now. I was on the bitcointalk forum. But there are many scam projects and scammers. That's why I don't go to bitcointalk. So my wish is that the sacm project does not come to the altcoinstalk forum. I wish more altcoinstalk forum better.

Altcoinstalk is now in 2nd position in terms of forum ranking. But soon altcoinstalk forum will be more developed. Forum admins need to be more careful. bitcointalk is more popular. But there are many scams in Bitcointalk. More bitcoingerden forums will not improve. This is because there is no active user in the forum. But there are many active users in altcoinstalk forum.

The biggest difference we have to make is the privacy and speed of transactions that a cryptocurrency offers. At this point, Bitcoin transactions are slower and less anonymous than transactions in dash or monero. But Bitcoin could add features for increased privacy and speed in the future, especially since it currently boasts the largest developer ecosystem.
