Title: I need help with announcements subforum.

I tried to post in Forum Announcements section and I couldn't. I wanted to discuss new post requirements and I couldn't post.

I don't see lock on this topic and I see few other members answered today in this thread so is open or not?

Please explain this.

i only can post on that subforum, you can reply unless it's locked

I see lock icon only on first topic in announcements subforum. The rest seems to be open. Or this is just a bug?

locked means you can't reply,
open you can reply

but in announcement subforum you can not post new topics
