Title: Stellar Proposes Changes Allowing Exchanges to Better Enforce Regulations
Post by: Tanimariya on June 17, 2020, 05:02:58 PM
The Stellar community is gearing up to vote on a raft of new network updates that will give exchanges greater control over how digital assets are traded on-chain.

In a vote planned for later this week, anyone running a Stellar node will be able to decide on whether to pass a series of proposed updates – known collectively as “Protocol 13” – that will create a new authorization function for entities, such as exchanges, to enforce local regulations.

Protocol-13 could be the best choice for Stellar in its development, but I'm sure that Stellar will get a clash from competitors of a Stellar type of coin.
That is why because it is certain that Stellar is also facing threats from various altcoins, Protocol-13 is difficult to realize if only the Founder of Stellar just paused without taking action.

I am still hoping for the progress of Protocol-13 from Stellar, which is the first time I have seen it.

Stellar is a good coin whose demand and this must be preserved because coins that have been around for a long time in the market must have big names.
It is also good to create a proposal to change the system from Stellar because regulations are always changing.

Stellar only needs a few changes from Protocol13 to optimize the system and all must be able to support the new system, Protocol13.

But I think that Protocol-13 is not the only one that can develop Stellar's system because the proof is that Stellar has always had a strong power in its security system.
I also think that Protocol-13 is the development of the Stellar system that has been planned for a long time and is now being realized.

I think as long as Stellar is still owned by the #DevelopmentTeam  as a golden boy then I make sure that Stellar will be able to compete in various markets.
See how the dev from Stellar prepares each progress to make Stellar coins into the featured coins.

This is a regulation from Stellar and for sure it is a good breakthrough for the hodler from Stellar.
