The political leadership of Russia is not yet ready to provide its citizens with the right to freely use cryptocurrency. We see that only in states where there is no freedom of speech and other generally recognized rights of citizens, is it prohibited to circulate cryptocurrency or restrict its circulation. Unfortunately, this is such a current Russia. In order for legislators to change their views on cryptocurrency in a positive direction, Putin and his entourage must cease to be in power. As soon as this country becomes truly democratic, everything will immediately return to normal and cryptocurrency in Russia will be legalized.
